Dog armor and cat armor aren’t anything new (how can that be a true statement?!) but this line of pet armor is the first I’ve seen that samurai-ifies its design, and promotes it to both species. Japan Trend Shop says the the back drapes with latching chest plates are lightweight, so your pup or kitty (maybe) won’t claw it off and tear it to shreds the moment you hook it in place. At least not until you get some choice photos of him or her for social media.
Available in red, black, gold, or silver, and sizes small, medium, and large, the Samurai Pet Armor is made from polystyrene and polyurethane, with metal fastenings, fusahimo cord, and metal snaps.
